The incredibly complicated, tri-continental story of this poster will be told in today’s vlogbrothers video, but basically: I wrote a book, then a 16-year-old nerdfighter from the Philippines named Nica was inspired to make artwork depicting Hazel and Augustus, and then a young nerdfighter from Norway named Ashild turned it into a poster and added the quote from TFiOS.
So basically this poster captures the strange and wonderful way that tumblr facilitates the making of strange and wonderful things. (All preorders will be signed by me, naturally, due to my signing addiction.)

Early this morning, I learned that BN.com had accidentally shipped out The Fault in Our Stars, which will be published on January 10th, to many people who’d preordered the book. Although efforts are being made to stop shipments wherever possible, some of these people will likely receive the book…
I ordered mine from barnes and noble, but i shall not post anything on the internet about it if i get it early. and if i do get it early, i guess i’ll only discuss it with Jackee
